Instant Freezing System at (-40 degree Celsius)

This system is very suitable for Myanmar because it will freeze mangos and vegetables without loss of taste and quality.  We introduced the system to some companies from Myanmar that exports fruits and vegetables.

The concept is that a man can stand in hot water vapor under 100 degrees Celsius, as in a sauna, but if the man is put into 100C hot water, what will the result be? Similarly, a man can stand in the vapor that is at -40 degrees Celsius, but he cannot stand in - 40C liquid.

It is well known that nitrogen gas or cold vapor can be used to cause rapid freezing. A poor country like ours, which has electricity problems, cannot use nitrogen methods. The new system will freeze mangos to under -40 degrees Celsius in the liquid state with instant freezing.

This process does not ruin the cells inside the mango and it maintains the water inside the cells, so when the mango is thawed the taste and color are the same as fresh mango. The method produces frozen mangos that meet the international standards of quality.  Also, the system and the price are quite reasonable and fit Myanmar’s situation.
