Visiting Japanese Yam Firm

Our team visited the farm which produces Japanese Yam and learned how they are made, in Chiba Prefecture.

Japanese Yam Cultivation in Pha An Firm

Our workers cut the Japanese Yam into 3inches pieces and put ash on the cuts.

After three weeks under the shade, the roots and sprout came out from each piece.
