Select the translator and proofreader/editor with their background
Glossary creation for User's Guide and User Manual if the client cannot provide it and confirm again with the client
Convert hard copy to soft copy if the client can provide only hard copy
Start the translation
Our team will start to work our your project. We will use TM software Trados/Wordfast if necessary.
If there is a DTP/Typeset request, our DTP expert will work it with the requested software. We are using Adobe InDesign, FrameMaker, PageMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop and QuarkXPress etc.
QA Review: Proofreading and Editing by proofreader/editor
Our proofreader/editor reviews the translation comparing with source text along with ensuring that the text is correct and professional
Final Checking and completion
If there is any amendments after delivery
Modification as per request
Deliver after updating
